Porterhouse Steaks (Bone-in)

No Image
The Porterhouse steak is a composite steak coming from the point where the tenderloin and striploin meet. Basically it is an oversized T-Bone. It’s usually cut thick and has more of the tenderloin section attached to the striploin section. It has generous amounts fat to keep it moist and flavourful; even when a slight “oops” occurs on the grill. Best results cooked to medium well.
