• We are a well established, highly respected, micro slaughterhouse and abattoir operating under strict provincial government guidelines.
• Wholesale meat products include beef, veal, pork, lamb and poultry.
• All standard cuts including primals and sub-primals.
• All products are prepared under the supervision of a government inspector.
• We slaughter and process high quality veal, pork, lamb and beef. We also offer custom slaughter for individuals or private businesses.
• We offer unique Highland Specific preparation programs. These include cutting, ageing, trimming and packaging.
• Premium, Highland Angus, is available.
• We process our own bacon, ham and deli meats.
• Custom cuts and portion control are available for HRI.

Highland Packers is located in Stoney Creek, just south of Hamilton, ten minutes from the QEW. We offer next day delivery in our modern, refrigerated trucks. Our regular, no charge, delivery area is from Niagara Falls to Scarborough.

We also offer Cash & Carry for Wholesale and Food Service at our Stoney Creek location. There is plenty of parking and we accept Visa and Master card. We also have an Interac terminal for your convenience.
